PropertyCIBIL empowers customers to verify before they buy by providing transparent, data-backed property insights.

Role Description The Generalist will support multiple functions across operations, customer service, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Responsibilities may include coordinating property verification workflows, liaising with internal teams and external partners, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and assisting with data entry and basic analysis. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, helping improve internal processes,



and supporting ad hoc tasks as needed in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring a hands-on approach and readiness to take ownership of diverse responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, email) and comfort working with online tools and databases.
- Clear, skilled communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and follow-up activities.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new processes, tools, and functional areas as the company grows.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate within a small team, and take initiative in a dynamic startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in operations, customer support, or administration is an advantage.
- Interest in real estate, financial services, or technology-driven products will be considered a plus.
