Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the general department, ensuring compassionate and efficient service.

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including patient records and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

- Offer emergency support and respond to urgent situations, utilizing critical thinking and clinical skills to stabilize patients.

- Educate patients and their families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive healthcare measures.

- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care effectively.

- Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a protected, hygienic environment in the healthcare facility.

- Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
