Published: about 12 hours ago A leading global tractor and agricultural machinery organization is looking for an experienced HR leader to drive strategic talent acquisition, executive search, leadership hiring and leadership development across its manufacturing and corporate functions. The role will focus on hiring DGM, JGM, GM and other senior leadership talent while building strong succession pipelines and strengthening the overall talent management framework.

Location: Hoshiarpur, Punjab

The organization operates a large-scale integrated manufacturing facility in Punjab and has a strong focus on engineering, manufacturing excellence, innovation, automation and global expansion.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end hiring for critical senior leadership positions across corporate, manufacturing, engineering and business functions.
- Drive direct headhunting and executive search for DGM, JGM, GM and other leadership positions.
- Build strong talent networks across the automotive, tractor, OEM, auto-component and heavy manufacturing ecosystem.
- Identify passive talent through competitor mapping, industry networking and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring leadership positions.
- Partner with senior business leaders to understand leadership requirements,



competencies and cultural fit.
- Conduct market mapping and compensation benchmarking for senior-level positions.
- Manage confidential leadership searches with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

- 10-15+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or Leadership Hiring.
- Strong expertise in executive search, headhunting and senior leadership recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring senior professionals from automotive, tractor, OEM, auto-component or heavy manufacturing sectors.
- Robust understanding of corporate leadership as well as plant-level technical and manufacturing positions.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage confidential senior-level searches.
- Strong competitor mapping, market intelligence and industry networking capabilities.
- Strong experience in direct sourcing and headhunting rather than being dependent only on agency-driven recruitment.
