Planish Event Planning & Design is looking for an experienced General Manager – Business Operations to oversee daily operations, coordinate departments, improve internal systems, and ensure timely execution across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate all departments and daily operations

- Drive task completion, deadlines and team accountability

- Implement and monitor SOPs, workflows and reporting systems

- Track sales, event readiness, budgets and operational performance

- Identify delays, resolve issues and improve overall efficiency

- Review team performance and departmental reports

- Ensure CRM, job orders and internal documentation are properly maintained

- Support management in planning,



growth and process improvement

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred

- 5+ years of experience in operations or business management

- Team leadership experience preferred

- Event, hospitality or service-industry experience is an advantage

- Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills

- Working knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets and reporting

- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam, English and Hindi

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
