Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Sales to lead sales and marketing operations, drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and build a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall sales and marketing operations for assigned projects.
- Develop sales strategies and drive achievement of revenue and sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Build relationships with corporates, HNIs, investors, and key clients.




- Generate enquiries and ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and review team performance.
- Drive sales through networking, exhibitions, PR, events, and promotional activities.
- Manage customer negotiations, site visits, and sales closures.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, developers, and internal teams throughout the sales process.
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and collections as per company guidelines.
- Prepare and present MIS and sales performance reports to management.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and upcoming business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
