Club 72 Gym is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operation General Manager – Fitness Club to oversee the complete operations of the gym branch. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, sales, customer relationship, and team management skills, along with a professional personality and appearance.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets, maintaining operational standards, managing the team, improving member experience, and supporting marketing and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the gym branch.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate all branch teams including Sales, Fitness, Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other operational staff.
- Drive membership sales, renewals, PT sales, and overall revenue growth.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business targets and team performance.
- Handle customer/member queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene, safety, and facility operations.
- Ensure proper attendance, discipline, grooming, uniforms, and staff conduct.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, promotional campaigns, events, and corporate wellness activities.
- Build local partnerships and support lead-generation activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.




- Prepare and share regular branch performance and operational reports with management.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, and management instructions are followed.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and fully operational.

Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in gym, fitness, hospitality, retail, sales, or branch operations.
- Previous experience in a managerial or team-leadership role preferred.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of customer relationship management.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Professional personality, appearance, and attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and during events when required.
