We are looking for an experienced GeM Portal Management Specialist who can independently manage and handle day-to-day activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in GeM portal operations, bid/tender management, order processing, documentation, and government procurement procedures and should be capable of handling the complete process with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the company's day-to-day activities on the GeM portal
- Search, analyze, and participate in relevant GeM bids and tenders
- Handle the complete bid submission process, including documentation and compliance requirements
- Manage GeM product/service listings and keep information updated
- Monitor bids, orders, and tender status regularly
- Coordinate quotation preparation, pricing, and required documentation
- Process and manage GeM orders from order confirmation to completion
- Handle invoices, delivery-related documentation, and order closure
- Ensure all submissions meet GeM requirements and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect technical and commercial documents
- Maintain proper records of bids, orders, payments, and related documentation
- Stay updated with GeM rules, guidelines,



and procurement procedures
- Independently identify relevant business opportunities available through the GeM platform

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in GeM portal management / GeM operations
- Strong hands-on experience with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal
- Experience in GeM bid/tender submission and order management
- Good understanding of government procurement processes
- Ability to independently handle GeM activities with minimal supervision
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred
- Experience handling GeM activities for a company/vendor
- Experience with multiple GeM bids and tenders
- Knowledge of technical and financial bid requirements
- Experience managing the complete GeM process from bid identification → submission → order → delivery → closure
