Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale data pipelines using GCP services such as BigQuery, Data Flow, PubSub.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop scalable and productive ETL processes using PySpark on Databricks for big data processing.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, and security in the pipeline.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in a similar role as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer with expertise in GCP technologies (BigQuery, Data Flow).
- Strong understanding of SQL concepts and ability to write complex queries for querying large datasets.
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP; knowledge of multiple clouds is an added advantage.
