- Thinks deeply about why a player does something, not just what they do.
- Understands pacing and knows when to give the player information—and when not to.
- Can turn a rough idea into a playable prototype.
- Is comfortable killing weak ideas instead of becoming attached to them.
- Uses playtesting and evidence rather than personal assumptions to improve designs.
- Understands that level design is about player experience, not just environment creation.
- Can balance creativity with technical and production constraints.
- Takes ownership of their work and actively looks for ways to improve the game.
- Is passionate about creating memorable and unsettling experiences.

What We Offer
- Opportunity to work on original IP at an emerging game studio.
- Direct collaboration with company leadership and the creative team.
- Significant creative ownership over gameplay and level design.
