About the Role

We are looking for a Furniture Designer Technical & Production with strong knowledge of furniture design, technical drawings, manufacturing and production coordination.

The role requires hands-on understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes and furniture construction, along with the ability to prepare accurate production-ready drawings and coordinate effectively with the factory team. This is a design + technical + production coordination role, not a 3D visualization-only position.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed technical and production drawings for furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes and related products.
- Create accurate drawings using AutoCAD and Mozaik.
- Prepare BOMs, dimensions, specifications and material details for production.
- Coordinate with the design team and factory production team to ensure drawings are production-ready.
- Understand furniture construction, materials, hardware, fittings and manufacturing processes.
- Visit the factory regularly to understand production requirements and technical issues.
- Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to identify and resolve technical/design-related issues.
- Modify drawings based on production feasibility and site/factory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy of dimensions, hardware specifications, materials and construction details before production.




- Support the team in resolving technical queries during manufacturing.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in furniture design, modular furniture or technical furniture design.
- Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD and Mozaik.
- Robust experience in technical furniture drawings, particularly modular kitchens and wardrobes.
- Good understanding of: o Furniture construction o Materials and finishes o Hardware and fittings o Manufacturing processes o Production drawings and BOMs
- Knowledge of Google SketchUp, KD Max, Cabinet Vision or similar software will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand practical production constraints and provide workable solutions.

Important Requirement Candidates must be comfortable with regular factory visits and production coordination in Gurugram. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to 3D visualization, rendering or conceptual interior design without technical/production knowledge may not be suitable for this position.
