Role Description This is a full time, on-site Furniture CAD Designer role based in Jaipur. The Furniture CAD Designer will create detailed technical and construction drawings for furniture products, ensuring designs meet structural, aesthetic, and manufacturing requirements.

Day-to-day tasks include developing CAD models, updating drawings based on feedback from design and production teams, and preparing clear documentation for fabrication and quality control. The role involves coordinating with designers, engineers, and production staff to translate concepts into production-ready designs and optimize designs for material usage and manufacturing efficiency. The Furniture CAD Designer will also review prototypes,



suggest design improvements, and maintain organized drawing archives for ongoing and future projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Drawing and Drawing skills to create precise and clear furniture designs.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools relevant to furniture design (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software).
- Candidates should possess the ability to develop accurate Construction Drawings for manufacturing and assembly.
- Candidates should possess foundational Design Engineering skills to ensure structural integrity, material suitability, and functional performance of furniture pieces.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Furniture Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Experience working with furniture manufacturers or export houses is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, spatial visualization skills, and ability to interpret design briefs and client specifications.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
