Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The role requires strong expertise across full-stack technologies, cloud-native architectures, modern engineering practices, solution design, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable end-to-end web and enterprise applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Drive technical discussions, solution design, architectural reviews, application modernization, and adoption of cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.
- Develop and oversee front-end applications, backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and database solutions while ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
- Lead and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and drive CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to manage technical risks, delivery dependencies, sprint planning, estimation, and release management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 10-14 years of overall software development experience and 3+ years in full-stack technical leadership.




- Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Robust backend experience with Java/Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js, RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and technical leadership; exposure to Kafka/Azure Service Bus, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and Generative AI will be an added advantage.
