Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power TickoraDesk’s customer support platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing scalable back-end services, building responsive front-end user interfaces, integrating APIs, and ensuring high performance, reliability, and security across the stack.

The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, ship features, and continuously improve the platform’s user experience.



The engineer will also participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting production issues. This is a full time, remote role.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining production web applications.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database design.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive UI implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including layout, styling, and component-based design systems.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, such as version control (e.g., Git), testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional remote teams, communicate clearly, and take ownership of deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
