# Full Stack Engineer – React.js & Python FastAPI

## About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with solid expertise in React.js (Frontend) and Python FastAPI (Backend) to build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API integration, Redis caching, AWS/Azure cloud environments, and performance optimization across frontend and backend layers. Experience with Next.js will be an advantage.

## Key Responsibilities

### Backend Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across frontend and backend using React and Python.

Implement microservices-based architecture and asynchronous processing where required.

Build reusable components, services, and APIs using clean architecture principles.

Ensure seamless frontend-backend integration and efficient data flow.

Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of backend services.

Contribute to system design and architecture decisions.

### Frontend Development – React.js

Develop rich, responsive, high-performance, and intuitive UI components using React.js.

Implement scalable component architecture and state management using Redux / Context API.

Integrate backend APIs using Axios / Fetch.

Apply performance optimizations including code splitting, lazy loading, and rendering optimization.

### Next.js

Experience with Next.js is preferred.

Knowledge of SSR, SSG, and ISR.

Understanding of routing and middleware.

Experience with performance-oriented rendering strategies.

### Backend Development – Python / FastAPI





Design and develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI.

Build scalable backend systems using microservices architecture.

Implement authentication using JWT/OAuth.

Implement validation, error handling, and logging.

Ensure high standards of performance, security, and maintainability.

### API Integration, Data & Performance

Design efficient API communication and data-fetching strategies.

Handle edge cases including loading, failure, and retries.

Work with relational databases and write optimized SQL queries.

### Caching & Performance Optimization

Implement caching strategies using Redis, API caching, browser caching, and CDN-based caching.

Improve page load time.

Optimize API performance, latency, and scalability.

Analyze and improve overall system efficiency.

### DevOps & Cloud

Basic working knowledge of AWS services including ECS, EKS, and S3.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, application deployment, and monitoring.

Understanding of containerization and cloud-based application scaling.

Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.

### Version Control & Collaboration

Use Git for branching, merging, pull requests, and code reviews.

Work in an Agile development environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning.

Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and delivery quality.





Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

### Core Technical Skills

Strong expertise in React.js (Mandatory) and Python / FastAPI.

Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

Proven experience in React API integration using Axios/Fetch.

Experience with Redux / Context API and full-stack development.

Experience with AWS cloud services.

Strong knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps principles.

Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.

Understanding of microservices architecture and API design.

Knowledge of API security and authentication using Azure AD / OAuth2 / JWT.

Hands-on experience with Redis or similar caching tools.

### System Design & Performance

Experience with microservices architecture and API design.

Ability to analyze and improve performance across frontend and backend.

Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.

### Database Skills

Solid experience with SQL databases and writing queries.

Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

Snowflake exposure is a plus.

## Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of testing frameworks such as PyTest, Jest, and React Testing Library.

Knowledge of Snowflake Data Warehouse.

Experience working on enterprise-scale applications.

Experience with Next.js.
