We're a video production and social media company serving 50+ clients with 743M+ views delivered. Our entire team of editors, videographers, and producers runs on a platform we built in-house, and we need an engineer to own it.

This isn't a greenfield project or a big-company job. You'll be working directly with the team on a real production app used every day, often as the only engineer on a problem. If you like taking a vague bug report, finding the root cause, and shipping the fix yourself, you'll fit right in.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Maintain and extend role-based dashboards for admins, editors, QC, schedulers, videographers, sales, and clients
- Build and debug our production workflow, from task creation and review through QC, scheduling, and client delivery
- Build new features end-to-end, including a content approval flow and a QC portal with timestamp-linked comments
- Maintain our Electron desktop app for client video review
- Own billing, invoicing, and Stripe contractor payouts
- Keep our Cloudflare infrastructure fast and cost-efficient
- Fix bugs reported by real users across frontend, API, database, and storage




- Build Slack notifications and other integrations as needed

WHAT YOU NEED

- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript with hands-on React and Next.js (App Router a big plus)
- Solid SQL and Postgres skills, including debugging complex queries
- Experience with an ORM like Drizzle or Prisma
- Comfort with S3-compatible storage and serverless deployment
- Ability to jump into an established codebase and reason about it quickly
- Strong debugging skills and explicit written communication

NICE TO HAVE
- Cloudflare Workers, R2, or OpenNext experience
- Electron or Stripe Connect experience
- Experience with video/media workflows or large file handling
- Prior experience as a solo or early-stage engineer

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,500.00 per month
