Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Engineer at Futurelab Studios.

The Full Stack

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Day-to-day tasks include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring reliability and security of deployed services. The role also involves participating in code reviews, writing maintainable and testable code,



and contributing to architecture decisions for AI-first tools and workflow automation products.

The engineer will work in an agile environment, proactively identifying improvements to existing systems and supporting continuous delivery practices.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-grade web applications.

- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building responsive, accessible user interfaces.

- Experience in Back-End Web Development, including API design, integration with databases, and building secure, scalable services.

- Familiarity with modern development workflows, version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.

- Experience or strong interest in AI-powered products, workflow automation, or emerging technologies is highly beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
