We are looking for a thoughtful, ownership-driven Full-Stack AI Engineer to build and ship production AI applications with us.

Role: Full Stack AI Engineer

- Build polished web applications using React, TypeScript, and Python.
- Design, build, and maintain clean, reliable, well-documented APIs.
- Integrate LLMs, RAG/retrieval systems, and agent frameworks into useful production products.
- Work across the full lifecycle: from idea and prototype to deployment, monitoring, iteration, and bug fixing.
- Join client conversations to understand the real problem before writing code.
- Turn ambiguous client needs into simple, usable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with a small, high-agency team across product, design, AI, and delivery.
- Maintain strong standards for code quality, security, reliability, and user experience.

Qualifications:




- 3–5 years of experience building and shipping production web applications.
- Strong hands-on skills in TypeScript and React.
- Comfortable building backend services in Python, ideally using FastAPI or a similar framework.
- Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs and at least one agent framework.
- Good working knowledge of Postgres, cloud deployment, and production debugging.
- Strong written communication and ability to explain technical choices clearly.
- Proof of work: GitHub, live products, portfolio, case studies, or meaningful side projects.
- Comfort working remotely, independently, and with high ownership.
- Curiosity and optimism about AI, combined with responsible judgment about how it should be deployed.

Nice to have:
- Experience with voice, telephony, or WhatsApp integrations.
- Experience building products for Indian languages or multilingual audiences.
- Familiarity with RAG stacks, vector databases, evaluation frameworks, observability, or multi-agent systems.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients or in a fast-moving product studio/startup environment.
- A robust eye for product craft and user experience.
