Role Description As a Full Stack Development Intern at AImploy, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of web applications that power AI-driven recruitment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end user interfaces, building and integrating back-end APIs, writing clean and testable code, and troubleshooting technical issues across the stack.

You will collaborate with engineers, product team members, and other stakeholders to refine requirements, participate in code reviews, and contribute to feature enhancements and bug fixes. This is a remote internship role,



providing flexibility while allowing you to gain practical experience with real-world systems and development workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language and web development framework.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for debugging, problem-solving, and interpreting technical and product requirements.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams, documenting work, and presenting technical ideas clearly.
- Interest or experience in Sales-related technology, such as tools that support recruitment, lead management, or customer-facing platforms.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end concepts (e.g., REST APIs, databases) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and learn new tools and frameworks quickly.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
- Curiosity about AI-driven products and an interest in the recruitment or HR tech domain is an advantage.
