About The Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience, with a strong focus on frontend development. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience building scalable, responsive, and user-focused web applications using React and TypeScript. Additionally, familiarity with Ruby on Rails is essential, with the ability to contribute to backend development when necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, write clean and maintainable code, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a focus on React, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices. A solid understanding of Ruby on Rails, idiomatic Ruby, and RESTful API design is also required. Candidates should have experience working with PostgreSQL, RSpec, Sidekiq, Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS.

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related field is preferred. Additionally, familiarity with frontend state management, asynchronous programming, and testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library is essential. Knowledge of build tools such as Yarn and Webpack, as well as CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Docker, will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications with a primary focus on frontend development using React and TypeScript.
- Create reusable, well-tested UI components and maintain the integrity of frontend architecture to ensure consistency and performance.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and assist in backend development using Ruby on Rails when needed.
- Identify and troubleshoot UI issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to enhance user experience.
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and regression tests to ensure application stability and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architecture discussions to foster a cohesive development process.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, effectively communicating progress and challenges within a distributed team environment using Slack, Zoom, and JIRA.

Skills Required





- 6+ years of skilled experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, RSpec, Sidekiq, Git, and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, idiomatic Ruby, and RESTful API design.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive, reusable component development.
- Experience with frontend state management, API integration, and asynchronous programming techniques.
- Proficiency in writing tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, and containerization tools like Docker.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, build tools like Yarn and Webpack, and scalable application architecture design.
- Ability to design scalable frontend architectures, including component structures, state management, and performance optimization.

Nice to Have
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, or other Rails backend tooling.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environment deployment.
- Exposure to backend or scripting languages such as Python or Go.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Educational background with a BSc/BE/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Understanding of MVC architecture, mocking, and REST principles.
