Job Summary

Manju Groups is looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end environments.

The candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications.
- Develop user-friendly and responsive front-end interfaces.
- Build and maintain robust back-end services, APIs, and server-side applications.
- Integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs and databases.
- Design, develop, and optimize databases and database queries.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Work with UI/UX designers to convert designs and requirements into functional applications.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services when required.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills Front-End Development





- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with REST API integration.

Back-End Development Experience with one or more of the following:

- Node.js / Express.js
- Python / Django / Flask / FastAPI
- Java / Spring Boot
- PHP / Laravel
- or other modern backend frameworks.

Database

- Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Knowledge of database design, queries, indexing, and optimization.

Qualifications

- Robust programming and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong analytical and debugging abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience 0–3 years of relevant experience.

Freshers with strong technical skills and relevant projects may also apply.

Candidates with hands-on experience developing and deploying full-stack applications will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building and deploying production-ready web applications.

Knowledge of cloud deployment and server management.

Understanding of application security and performance optimization.

Contributions to GitHub or personal software projects are an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
