About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Stack Development Intern to join our team for a period of 6 to 9 months. This is an immersive, full-time internship based at our Bengaluru (HSR Layout) office, offering a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly impact our users. As a core member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both web and mobile applications that embody Rustic Wisdom’s vision.

Your role will involve transforming Figma designs into fully functional, responsive interfaces, integrating APIs, and troubleshooting issues across the stack. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience, ownership of features, and mentorship from industry professionals, setting a strong foundation for your career in full-stack development.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge of JavaScript,



with practical experience in TypeScript and modern web frameworks.
- Hands-on experience building projects with React and React Native beyond tutorials, demonstrating an understanding of component-based architecture.
- Ability to interpret Figma designs accurately and translate them into responsive, functional code for web and mobile interfaces.
- Understanding of how front-end applications communicate with APIs, including REST and GraphQL protocols.
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git, including branching, commits, and pull requests.
- Problem-solving skills with a debugging mindset, and the ability to communicate challenges effectively.
- Availability for full time engagement for a minimum of six months, with a proactive and collaborative work ethic.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in wellness, traditional knowledge, or culture-driven products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Transform Figma designs into fully responsive and functional web and mobile screens using Next.js, React, and React Native.
- Develop and integrate backend APIs, ensuring seamless data flow between front-end interfaces and server-side components.
- Fix bugs, optimize performance, and refine existing features across web and mobile platforms.
- Build and test iOS and Android applications on real devices to ensure quality and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.




- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing processes to uphold code quality standards.
- Utilize AWS Amplify services, including GraphQL, DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito, and S3, to develop scalable backend solutions.
- Maintain version control practices, document technical decisions, and ensure secure coding standards.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and development best practices.

Benefits During the internship, you will receive a stipend ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹8,000 per month, determined by performance and reviewed periodically.
