About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Frontend Developer to join Navam Intellitech on a full-time basis, working remotely from India. As the sole frontend developer at an early-stage company, you will work directly with the founder and play a critical role in shaping the user interface and experience of the Intellishala platform. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the web portal, translating Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces.

You will also contribute to refining existing workflows based on feedback from teachers actively using the platform in their classrooms. Additionally, you will be involved in building and maintaining the marketing website and collaborating on the design and development of the upcoming mobile application. Your work will involve shipping small,



manageable pull requests, maintaining clear documentation, and ensuring the frontend codebase remains scalable and maintainable as the product evolves.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience building production-level user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency with Next.js (using the App Router) and Tailwind CSS for rapid, responsive UI development.
- Experience with React Native or Expo, or a strong desire to learn mobile development quickly.
- Ability to implement Figma designs accurately, including responsive layouts and adherence to accessibility standards.
- Working knowledge of Git, including managing pull requests and participating in code reviews.
- Comfortable consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with tools like Supabase or Prisma is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively in writing, and proactively identify and address potential issues.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (a compelling portfolio is highly valued).
- Experience in the ed-tech sector or publishing apps on the Play Store or App Store is an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Convert Figma UI designs into fully functional, responsive, and accessible web interfaces.
- Maintain and enhance the existing Intellishala web portal, ensuring a seamless user experience for teachers and students.
- Collaborate closely with the founder and product team to refine workflows based on user feedback.




- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the marketing website, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Assist in designing and building the mobile application from early stages, aligning with web platform standards.
- Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends and best practices, implementing improvements as needed.
- Proactively identify potential technical challenges and communicate them effectively to the team.
