Role & responsibilities

Build and own customer-facing screens in React and Next.js across our education and HR-tech products.

Ship pages using the right Next.js rendering mode for the job - SSR, SSG or ISR - and be able to say why.

Own technical SEO on the front end: metadata, structured data, canonical URLs, sitemaps and Core Web Vitals.

Build paginated and filtered views over large datasets that stay quick and stay crawlable.

Work in a shared repo with feature branches, pull requests and code review; resolve merge conflicts cleanly.

Work directly with design and backend to ship features end to end, not just close tickets.

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 5 years building frontends at a product company - not a services, consulting or staffing firm.

Strong React.js: hooks, state management,



component design and render performance.

Production Next.js: App Router, SSR/SSG/ISR, route handlers, image and font optimisation.

Demonstrable SEO work on a live site, with results you can point to.

Comfortable with pagination over large datasets - offset and cursor based - and the SEO implications of each.

Fluent with Git branching, pull requests, code review and merge conflict resolution.

Works from our Koramangala office, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays working.

CTC: Rs. 5 to 7 lacs per annum. Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru (work from office).
