nWe are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the face of our Corporate Office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front office operations efficiently while ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors and clients.

nKey Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
n
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
n
- Manage appointments, meetings, and bookings
n
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when necessary
n
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
n
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
n
- Coordinate with internal departments whenever required
n
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally
n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is preferred
n




- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive is preferred
n
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
n
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, email handling, and office equipment
n
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
n
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
n
- Ability to work in shifts
