Key Responsibilities

- Lead front-end engineering efforts across UI initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery and predictable execution.
- Translate product and design requirements into scalable front-end solutions with strong attention to usability and visual consistency.
- Build and maintain responsive, reusable UI components using HTML, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React/Angular).
- Define and enforce front-end architecture patterns, coding standards, and best practices for maintainability and scalability.
- Drive UI performance optimization (rendering efficiency, bundle size, load time) and improve overall user experience.
- Ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility across supported platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth end-to-end user flows.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and contribute to technical decision-making and sprint planning.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.

Minimum

Qualifications:

- BTECH, MTECH, MCA, or MSC.




- 6–8 years of experience in Front End Engineering with strong UI delivery ownership.
- Robust proficiency in HTML and TypeScript for building maintainable front-end applications.
- Hands-on experience with React and/or Angular in production-grade applications.
- Solid understanding of UI engineering fundamentals including responsive design, browser behavior, and component-based development.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to deliver user-facing features.

Preferred

Qualifications:

- Experience leading front-end modules or small teams, including mentoring and driving engineering best practices.
- Strong UI architecture skills, including designing reusable component libraries and scalable front-end patterns.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and handling client-side state effectively.
- Familiarity with testing practices for UI applications (unit/integration) and improving code reliability through automation.
- Proven ability to improve UI performance, accessibility, and overall user experience through measurable enhancements.
