Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive role in Freight Forwarding & CHA, based in Mumbai. The position involves managing day-to-day export and forwarding operations, including documentation, coordination with shipping lines, transporters, and customs authorities, and ensuring timely movement of cargo. The Executive will handle customer service interactions, provide shipment status updates, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

Responsibilities also include preparing and verifying export documents, monitoring freight costs, supporting compliance with regulatory requirements,



and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize freight transportation processes. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation to manage end-to-end logistics operations.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Forwarding and Export processes, including documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities to manage client queries, provide shipment updates, and ensure service satisfaction.
- Relevant experience in CHA operations, customs procedures, and coordination with port and terminal authorities is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of international trade practices, Incoterms, and shipping documentation is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; local language skills are beneficial.
- Ability to work accurately under time pressure, with robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred educational background: diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
