- Minimum 6 months of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is mandatory.
- Prior experience in agency recruitment, consultancy recruitment or freelance recruitment will be an advantage.
- Experience recruiting for corporate, education, BFSI, sales, IT or other sectors will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to understand JDs and identify suitable profiles.
- Positive sourcing and screening skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Must have access to a computer/laptop and reliable internet connection.
Compensation
Commission Basis – Earnings linked to successful placements.
There is no fixed monthly salary for this freelance position. Commission is payable for successful placements as per the applicable recruitment terms.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
