About the OpportunityInfyni is looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer – Generative AI & Agentic AI to deliver practical, hands-on classroom training for a leading FinTech MNC.

The client is particularly focused on the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Agent Framework, Azure AI Search, MCP, Power Automate, and related Microsoft AI technologies.

The training will include hands-on labs, demonstrations, code-alongs, agent development, RAG workflows, automation, evaluation, and enterprise AI use cases.

LLM, and tool-step tracing

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and practical Generative AI and Agentic AI classroom training.
- Conduct hands-on labs, demonstrations, code-alongs, and troubleshooting sessions.
- Train participants on Microsoft AI technologies and enterprise use cases.
- Demonstrate RAG, agents, MCP integrations, automation, evaluation, and observability.
- Explain how AI tools can be integrated into real-world enterprise workflows.
- Adapt technical depth based on the participants' roles and experience levels.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical training, AI training, developer enablement, or a related field.
- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft AI technologies.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Agent Framework, Azure AI Search, and MCP is highly preferred.
- Practical experience with Agentic AI, RAG, LLMs, AI automation, and enterprise AI workflows.
- Comfortable delivering classroom training to enterprise professionals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and hands-on facilitation skills.
- Experience working with FinTech or other enterprise environments will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable with onsite training in Hyderabad.
