Remote | Contract work - Task based | Required minimum 4 hours per day | Freshers are welcome

We’re looking for a creative, reliable brand designer who can turn ideas into clear, consistent visual identities and engaging graphics. You should understand design fundamentals and be comfortable using AI tools with well-written prompts to support your creative process.

What you’ll do

- Create brand identities, colour palettes, typography systems, and brand guidelines.
- Design graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other brand materials.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across formats and channels.
- Use AI tools and detailed prompts to explore concepts and create visual assets.
- Review and refine designs for composition, readability, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed deadlines and apply feedback from team leads.

What we’re looking for
- Strong branding and graphic design skills.
- A practical understanding of the colour wheel, colour harmony, contrast, typography, spacing, alignment, balance, and visual hierarchy.
- The ability to explain your design choices and connect them to a brand’s audience and purpose.
- Good prompting skills: clearly describe visual direction, style, composition, and constraints, then refine prompts based on results.
- AI fluency: confidence using AI design tools and the judgment to identify and fix weak outputs.
- Comfort working with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.




- Reliable availability for a minimum of 4 hours per day and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Bonus: experience prompting and creating AI-powered PPTs, presentation layouts, and visually consistent slide decks.

Freshers are welcome, your design judgment, portfolio, curiosity, and quality of work matter more than years of experience. Personal projects and sample work are welcome.

Pay and performance

- Base pay: ₹5,000 per month.
- Task bonuses: ₹50–₹250 per completed task, depending on the quality of work submitted and approved by team leads.
- Bonus payments are based on task completion and approval. They are variable and not guaranteed.
- Work is KPI-based, with defined deliverables, quality expectations, and submission deadlines.

Selection process

Apply with a short introduction, your availability, and a portfolio or 3–5 examples of your branding and graphic design work. Briefly explain your role and design choices, including where you used AI tools.

Shortlisted applicants will receive a design assessment. Only applicants selected after that assessment will receive access to further selection stages.

Contract terms

This is a task-based freelance contract, requiring a minimum of 4 hours per day. It is not a full time employment position and does not include employee benefits. Deliverables, payment terms, and working arrangements will be set out in the contract.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
