Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with assigned franchisees.

- Ensure franchise outlets follow Donzel SOPs, brand standards, hygiene, food safety and operational guidelines.

- Monitor outlet sales, profitability, inventory, wastage and overall performance.

- Conduct regular outlet visits, audits and performance reviews.

- Identify operational gaps and ensure corrective actions are implemented within defined timelines.

- Monitor inventory, ERP entries, purchasing, stock variance and material consumption.

- Ensure franchisees follow company policies relating to POs, payments, credit limits and procurement.

- Support franchisees in improving sales, customer experience and outlet profitability.

- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, Marketing and Management to resolve franchisee requirements.

- Ensure new products, promotions, campaigns and company initiatives are implemented correctly at franchise outlets.

- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution at the franchisee level.

- Train and guide franchisees and their outlet teams on SOPs, products, systems and company processes.

- Monitor outlet staffing,



service standards, grooming, cleanliness and discipline.

- Conduct mystery audits / company audits and document deviations.

- Issue performance observations and follow up on corrective actions wherever required.

- Identify franchisee concerns, risks and potential business opportunities and report them to management.

- Maintain accurate records of franchisee performance, issues, visits, audits and action points.

- Build strong skilled relationships with franchisees while maintaining company policies and commercial discipline.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
