Role Overview

We are hiring a Founder’s Office Intern – Operations & Execution to work closely with the Founder and core team. The selected candidate will support daily operations, task coordination, project tracking, documentation, outreach coordination, internal reporting, and execution across different teams.

This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in startups, cybersecurity, digital forensics, SaaS products, operations, and business execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Founder and core team on daily execution
- Understand company projects, services, products, and internal workflows
- Coordinate with interns, team members, and department leads
- Assign tasks, track progress, and take regular follow-ups
- Maintain task sheets, trackers, reports, and execution dashboards
- Support social media coordination, outreach tracking, lead generation, and project workflows
- Assist in research, documentation, proposals, presentations, and internal planning
- Track pending work, deadlines, weekly outputs, and team performance
- Support weekly review meetings and prepare progress updates




- Identify execution gaps and suggest improvements
- Help bring structure to internal operations as the company grows

Requirements
- Interest in startup operations, cybersecurity, digital forensics, SaaS, or technology products
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to understand tasks quickly and execute responsibly
- Comfortable maintaining trackers, reports, and weekly updates
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup where processes may still be evolving
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week
