Role Description This is an internship role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. As a Founders Office intern, you will support the leadership team with strategic projects, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.

Day-to-day tasks may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and reports, tracking key business metrics, and assisting in operations and process improvements. You will collaborate with teams across product, sales, and operations, help organize meetings, follow up on action items,



and contribute to initiatives that drive growth and efficiency. The role offers exposure to early-stage startup decision-making and the opportunity to work closely with the founding team on high-impact projects.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to work with data, draw insights, and present findings clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and basic familiarity with presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in a startup environment, with a proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in the hospitality, B2B, or marketplace space; prior internship experience in operations, consulting, or startups is a plus.
