We’re Hiring: Founder’s Office Intern ?

If you’re someone who likes being involved in different things , wants to understand how a business actually works, and doesn’t want an internship where every day looks the same — this might be for you.

At Elysora Films , we’re looking for a Founder’s Office Intern to work closely with the Founder and get a real behind-the-scenes look at how a growing wedding photography and filmmaking company is run.

You’ll be involved in things across operations, clients, marketing, research, coordination and new projects — so there’s always something new to learn.

What you’ll be doing

- Working directly with the Founder on day-to-day tasks
- Coordinating with photographers, cinematographers, editors, freelancers and vendors
- Helping with client follow-ups and communication
- Assisting with wedding and pre-wedding project coordination
- Helping with social media and marketing activities
- Researching competitors, trends, venues and new opportunities
- Working on presentations, documents, spreadsheets and research
- Helping organise internal processes and systems
- Assisting with collaborations and current business ideas
- Following up on tasks and making sure things stay on track
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks instead of waiting for constant instructions

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is:

* A final-year student or recent graduate

- A good communicator
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Curious and willing to learn




- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Able to handle multiple things at once

* Interested in business, marketing, startups, photography, filmmaking or the wedding industry

- Comfortable working directly with the Founder

You don’t need to have everything figured out. If you’re willing to learn, take responsibility and actually get involved, that’s what matters to us.
