The Mission

We're not building a traditional sales team. We're building an AI-native, on-ground growth engine from scratch, and you'll be one of its first builders. We need a sharp, fast-moving individual who can walk into any room, in any language, and turn a conversation into a relationship, and a relationship into revenue.

AI will be your default tool, not your last resort. You'll move at the speed of someone with years of experience, because you'll have the right tools, the freedom to build, direct access to the founder, and a real stake in where this goes.

What you'll do

- Find and pitch prospects, handling each deal from first call to final confirmation
- Run WhatsApp outreach and follow-up campaigns on Gupshup / Similar tools
- Use Claude or similar AI tools to prep pitches, research leads, and tailor messages
- Keep CRM notes, trackers, and follow-up schedules up to date
- Bring ground feedback to the founder on what's working and what isn't




- Design brand campaigns, Drive the Growth strategy & own the Growth Channel.

Must-haves (applications without these will not be considered)

- Graduate in any discipline, with the degree completed
- 0–2 years in client-facing sales, marketing, or client servicing (internships count)
- Fluent spoken English, Hindi, and Telugu, all three required
- Based in Hyderabad and comfortable with field visits
- Comfortable using AI tools and quick to pick up new software

Positive to have

- Experience with WhatsApp Business, a CRM, or marketing automation tools
- Exposure to B2B sales
