About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership, growth-oriented professional to work closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, business problems, customer growth, and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive customer acquisition and growth initiatives across multiple channels
- Execute founder-led strategic and cross-functional projects
- Build and execute new initiatives from scratch
- Launch, measure, and iterate growth experiments
- Work across Marketing, Product, Operations, and Growth teams
- Analyze customer and business data to identify opportunities
- Solve business problems and develop practical solutions
- Take end-to-end ownership of high-impact projects

Ideal Candidate

- 2+ years of experience working on cross-functional business or growth initiatives
- Experience building and executing new initiatives from scratch
- Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership
- Strong problem-solving and structured-thinking abilities
- Strong ownership and independent execution skills




- Comfortable working with numbers, customer data, and business data
- Ability to work across Marketing, Product, Operations, Growth, Strategy, and Research
- Exposure to customer acquisition, growth initiatives, and experimentation
- Experience in a B2C product company or startup at meaningful consumer scale
- Candidates from Growth, Founder's Office, Product Marketing, Strategy, Consulting, or early-stage startups are welcome, provided they have genuine B2C exposure

Preferred Experience FinTech, WealthTech, or high-growth consumer product experience is highly preferred.

Important Requirements

- Reliable career history with consistent tenure across previous companies
- Frequent job-hopping will not be considered
- Candidates currently working at Stable Money will not be considered
- Must be comfortable working in a seed-stage WealthTech startup
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced execution, and changing priorities
- Individual Contributor role; this is not a managerial position
- Candidate must be comfortable with the compensation structure where the company matches their current CTC without a hike
