nWhat You Will Do

- Support growth and distribution experiments.

- Stay on top of priorities across different workstreams.
N
- Support hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling,



and coordination.

- Conduct market, customer, competitor, and partnership research.
N
- Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, experts, and external partners.
N
- Maintain trackers and simple operating dashboards.
N
- Research and support grants, incubators, and relevant startup applications.
N
- Take ownership of specific projects and workstreams as you grow in the role.

nCompensation: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month for an initial two-month period, followed by a performance and compensation review based on mutual fit.
