We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader – Loan Collection to manage and guide the collection team.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the field collection team.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Monitor team performance and daily field activities.
Handle customer follow-ups and payment issues.
Prepare daily MIS and collection reports.
Ensure proper field discipline and customer communication.
Support the team in achieving settlement and recovery targets.
Coordinate with management for escalations and approvals.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in loan collection/recovery or financial services.
Positive communication and team-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Target-oriented and willing to travel for field work.
