About us Zlan Creations is a Kochi-based strategy, growth and creative firm. We're now building a new consumer tech venture: a peer-to-peer marketplace platform, pre-seed funded and in its build phase. This role sits in the Founder's Office and works directly with the founder on that venture.

The role

You'll be the founder's right hand on research and strategy. You'll turn open questions into transparent answers the team can act on. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants zero-to-one startup exposure, not a slow ramp-up.

What you'll do

- Run competitor research and teardowns: products, pricing, positioning, growth tactics
- Size markets and build simple, defensible models
- Research and propose pricing options
- Conduct user interviews and surveys, and turn them into insights
- Support positioning and go-to-market thinking
- Prepare memos,



decks and data for internal decisions and investor conversations
- Handle other strategic and operational work the founder needs

Who you are

- MBA/PGDM graduate, or a strong graduate with 1–2 years in consulting, research or a startup
- Structured thinker: you break messy problems into clear analysis
- Strong in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with numbers
- Clear, concise writer
- Comfortable talking to real users, not just doing desk research
- High ownership

Growth path You'll start in the Founder's Office. As the company scales, there's a path into the growth team, depending on your performance and interest.
