About the Role

We’re looking for a highly curious, proactive, and problem-solving individual to work closely with the Founder at Stone of Will.

This is a high-ownership, rapid-paced role where no two days will look the same. You’ll work across different areas of the business, identify problems, build solutions, improve processes, and help turn ideas into execution.

You won’t be assigned just one function. If there’s a problem, you’ll be expected to figure out how to solve it.

What You’ll Work On

- Work directly with the Founder on multiple business projects and special initiatives
- Identify operational problems and independently work towards practical solutions
- Build and improve processes, systems, SOPs, and workflows




- Create and maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports, trackers, dashboards, and MIS
- Identify repetitive tasks and explore automation and AI-based solutions
- Conduct research across markets, competitors, tools, vendors, and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with different teams and ensure projects move from idea → execution → completion
- Track important business tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Take ownership of projects and continuously find ways to make the business more efficient
