Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Foreman – Formwork to supervise and manage formwork activities at construction sites. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on construction site experience, with strong practical knowledge of formwork execution and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day formwork activities at the construction site.

- Plan and coordinate formwork activities as per approved structural drawings and project requirements.

- Supervise carpenters, formwork workers, and subcontractor teams.

- Ensure proper setting out, alignment, level, dimensions, and positioning of formwork.

- Supervise formwork for columns, beams, slabs, walls, staircases, foundations, and other structural elements.

- Ensure proper installation, support, bracing, and stability of formwork before concreting.

- Inspect formwork and ensure it is ready for consultant/engineer inspection before concrete placement.

- Coordinate with Site Engineers and other site teams for smooth execution of structural works.

- Monitor manpower and productivity and allocate workers according to project requirements.

- Ensure proper dismantling, cleaning, maintenance, and secure storage/reuse of formwork materials.





- Identify and report formwork-related issues and coordinate for timely rectification.

- Ensure work is carried out according to required quality and safety standards.

- Monitor material requirements and minimize wastage of formwork materials.

- Maintain daily work records and report progress to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

- Ensure timely completion of formwork activities as per the project schedule.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of relevant construction site experience.

- Hands-on construction site experience is mandatory.

- Strong experience in formwork execution and supervision.

- Practical knowledge of formwork systems, shuttering, staging, scaffolding, and supporting arrangements.

- Experience supervising carpenters, formwork workers, and subcontractors.

- Ability to understand structural drawings and execute work accordingly.

- Good knowledge of construction site practices, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

- Strong manpower management and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
