WE ARE HIRING – FOOD CONTROLLER (FOOD & BEVERAGE DIVISION)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Food Controller to join our growing Food & Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control food costs across multiple outlets.

Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks.

Track food consumption, wastage, and variance reports.

Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of all food products.

Develop and maintain standard recipes and portion control systems.

Work closely with chefs and restaurant managers to optimize food costs without compromising quality.

Analyze purchasing patterns and recommend cost-saving measures.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly food cost reports.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food Cost Control within hotels,



restaurants, or hospitality groups.

Solid knowledge of inventory management and food costing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/POS systems.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets.
