Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B;) Trainer

Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and experienced Full-Time F&B; Trainer to lead, design, and execute comprehensive hospitality training modules for our service team. You will be responsible for onboarding recent hires, instilling superior customer service standards, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- SOP & Service Execution: Design and deliver hands-on training for step-by-step table service sequences, greeting etiquette, and billing operations.
- Product Knowledge: Educate teams on food items, ingredients, preparation techniques, upselling methods, and menu curation.
- Onboarding & Coaching:



Structure the initial 15-day onboarding journey for all new service staff and provide continuous floor coaching.
- Compliance Control: Implement daily hygiene checklists and monitor strict adherence to Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) or local municipal wellness codes.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 35 years of operational experience within a reputable restaurant environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or departmental training capacity.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality.
- Competencies: Strong public speaking abilities, high patience, mastery of local and professional languages, and proficiency in creating simple training decks.
