Kanoka Village Resort is looking for an experienced and responsible F&B; Manager to oversee and manage our complete Food & Beverage operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent guest-handling abilities, and practical experience in restaurant and resort operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department.
- Supervise restaurant, banquet, room service, and other F&B; operations.
- Lead, train, and manage F&B; staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
- Manage F&B; inventory, stock levels, wastage, and cost control.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours and events.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, and operational performance.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and coordination with the Accounts department.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and resort SOPs.
- Plan and coordinate F&B; requirements for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other functions.




- Identify opportunities to improve F&B; revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records and prepare regular operational reports for management.
- Ensure the restaurant and F&B; areas are clean, organized, and professionally maintained.

Requirements

· 7-10 years of experience in F&B; operations, preferably in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality environment.

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and F&B; operations.
- Valuable leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of inventory and food-cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage busy operations.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Candidates with experience in banquet and event operations will be preferred.
