Market Visits Visit provision stores, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, tea shops and other food outlets on a planned daily route. Identify new potential customers and introduce our products.

Order Taking

Take orders from existing customers. Generate new orders by visiting new shops. Explain products, pricing and schemes to retailers. Maintain good relationships with shop owners.

Product Delivery

Load the required products and deliver them to customers according to the day's route. Ensure products reach customers in valuable condition and on time. Collect returned/damaged/unsold products according to company procedure.

Payment Collection

Collect cash/UPI payments where applicable. Follow up on outstanding payments from customers. Submit daily collections and sales records.

New Customer Development





Add new shops to the company's customer network every week. Identify high-potential areas and new sales opportunities. Work towards increasing repeat orders.

Daily Reporting

Record shops visited, orders received, deliveries made, collections and returns. Submit a daily sales/collection report through the company's mobile app or reporting system.

Market Feedback

Report competitor products, prices, retailer feedback and customer preferences. Inform the company about products or pack sizes that have good demand.
