- Store Operations: Manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth functioning of the retail store.
- Team Management: Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, assist customers when required, and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Sales & Stock: Monitor sales performance, stock availability, visual merchandising, and ensure proper display of garments as per store standards.
