Job Summary:-

We are hiring for an experienced and energetic Floor Incharge to manage and oversee floor operations at our retail stores in Jayanagar, Sarjapur, and Kanakapura Road.

The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of relevant retail experience and proven experience in handling high-volume retail business of approximately ₹1–2 Crore per month. The candidate should be strong in sales, team management, customer service, stock management, and overall floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage and supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth store functioning. Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.

Drive sales performance, conversion, customer engagement, and product demonstrations.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and escalations effectively.

Monitor product display, merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.

Maintain proper stock availability and coordinate with the inventory/store team.

Monitor stock movement and ensure proper handling of products.

Track individual and team performance and take necessary corrective actions.

Ensure employees follow company policies, SOPs,



and operational guidelines. Coordinate with the Branch Manager and other departments for smooth store operations.

Conduct regular team briefings and support employee training and development. Prepare and review daily sales and performance reports.

Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.

Ensure proper discipline, attendance, grooming, and professional conduct of the team.

Support audits, stock verification, and other store-related activities.

Requirements:-

Minimum 7+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, mobile, furniture, or large-format retail.

Strong experience in team handling and floor management.

Proven experience in achieving sales targets and improving team performance.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and merchandising.

Good leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and retail/inventory management systems is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:-

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma preferred.

Candidates with experience in Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, Pai International, Sangeetha, or similar retail organizations will be preferred.

Languages preferred:- Kannada, English, Telugu, and Tamil.

Locations Hiring:- Jayanagar Sarjapur Kanakapura Road, Bangalore

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
