Position: Fitter – Aluminium & uPVC Windows & Doors

Location: Kadabagere Cross, Bengaluru

Employment: Full time

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; experienced candidates will be given preference

Salary: ₹20,000–₹22,000/month + incentives, based on skill & experience

Additional: Site travel/installation work may be required

Job Responsibilities

- Fabrication and installation of aluminium and uPVC windows and doors.
- Work on sliding, casement/openable and fixed window systems.
- Read basic measurements, cutting lists and fabrication drawings.
- Cutting, drilling, routing, riveting and assembling frames/shutters.
- Install rollers, handles, locks, hinges, hardware and accessories.
- Install glass, beads, gaskets and other glazing components.
- Properly align, level and plumb windows and doors during installation.
- Silicone sealing, foam filling and finishing work.
- Conduct final quality checks and ensure smooth operation of shutters.
- Handle tools and equipment safely and maintain them properly.




- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams for timely completion.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at factory and project sites.

Requirements
- Practical experience in aluminium/uPVC window and door fabrication or installation.
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to take measurements accurately.
- Knowledge of window hardware and installation procedures.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, including outside Bengaluru when required.
- Honest, punctual, hardworking and willing to learn.
- ITI qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
