Job DescriptionTitle: Finance Reporting & MIS Professional

NWe're looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, statutory audits, and FP&A.;

NKey responsibilities include:

- Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
N
- Preparing MIS, financial dashboards, and executive reports
N
- Analysing P&L; performance across products, channels, and brands
N
- Managing budget vs. actual variance analysis and key financial KPIs
N
- Supporting statutory audits and ensuring compliance with Ind AS and Indian GAAP
N
- Handling consolidation,intercompany eliminations, controls, and audit-ready documentation
N
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Product teams on financial decisions
N
- Driving reporting process improvements and finance automation initiatives
N





nWhat we're lookingfor:

N

n
- CA qualification is mandatory
N
- Strong experience in financial reporting, audits, and FP&A;
N
- Exposure to e-commerce,D2C, FMCG, or high-growth startups is preferred
N
- Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
N
- Familiarity with AI tools, RPA, or finance automation is an advantage
N
