Role Description The Financial Head will oversee the financial management of The Chennai Silks and ensure robust financial planning and control across the organization. This full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur includes leading the finance team, managing financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. The role involves monitoring key financial metrics, conducting variance analysis, and providing insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

Head will coordinate with senior leadership on investment decisions, risk management, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.





Responsibilities also include optimizing costs, improving financial processes, and implementing systems that support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate and timely disclosures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting to plan, monitor, and control organizational expenditures.
- Relevant qualifications such as a CA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent skilled degree.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, along with strong Excel skills.
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance applicable to Indian businesses.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to work on-site in Tiruppur.
