About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Finance Controller for a leading hotel group across Ahmedabad, Dehradun and Roorkee.

This is a finance leadership role involving complete property-level finance operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, compliance and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS and financial reporting
- Oversee AP, AR, Income Audit, Payroll and General Ledger
- Drive cost control and profitability analysis




- Manage cash flow, working capital and internal controls
- Work closely with operations and senior management
- Lead and manage the property finance team

Preferred Candidate

✅ CA / Semi-qualified CA / CMA / MBA Finance

✅ Strong Finance & Accounts / Controllership experience

✅ Hotel or hospitality experience preferred

✅ Strong exposure to budgeting, MIS, cost control and reporting

✅ Team management experience preferred

✅ Exposure to Opera/PMS, IDS, SAP, Excel or Power BI will be an advantage
